# arb.eth > ENS usernames for Arbitrum. A demonstration of how Arbitrum could issue usernames like alice.arb.eth that resolve in every ENS-enabled wallet, app, exchange, and explorer. Status: technical demonstration / pitch. The website's claim flow is simulated today; live subname issuance (via the Namespace offchain-subname platform, CCIP-Read / ERC-3668) is integrated and awaiting activation. This project is not affiliated with the Arbitrum Foundation or Offchain Labs. ## The idea - arb.eth is an ENS name on Ethereum mainnet. Subnames (alice.arb.eth) can be issued gaslessly offchain and resolve everywhere ENS works, with no per-app integration. - The demo is hosted on the DNS domain arb.domains. Production issuance would run under an ENS name that Arbitrum controls (e.g. arb.eth) or any DNS domain imported into ENS. - Any ENS-capable library (viem, ethers, ens.js) resolves ENS names with no special integration. ## Planned agent endpoints (NOT yet live; do not call) - GET /quote?name=
